Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.

Returned Packages:
If an order is returned for any reason (ex. wrong address or unclaimed mail), a re-payment of the shipping fees is required for it to be reshipped. If a refund is warranted, there will be a 10% restocking fee to be deducted from your order amount. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost Packages:
If an order made with tracking has not arrived several weeks after the estimated shipping time, please contact me ASAP! I am happy to send a replacement.

For lost orders made without tracking, I do not offer replacements.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right!
