Processing:
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. This DOES NOT include delivery time. Please note that delivery times are estimated, and that actual shipping times may be shorter or longer depending on the post office.

Order and shipping confirmations are sent to the email address given at checkout. Please check your Junk/Spam folder before contacting me about missing confirmation emails.

Shipping:
Please note that shipping costs include postage fees as well as packaging and handling. You may be required to pick tracked shipping due to the weight of your items, even if your order only includes flat items.

As long as the country is able to receive mail from the USA through USPS, shipping is available. Shipping is unavailable to the EU/UK due to VAT regulations. For EU/UK orders, please visit our Etsy shop.

Unfortunately, artnomalli is unable to ship to the following countries as they are not accepting packages from USPS:

Afghanistan, Australia, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, China, Cuba, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Yemen

Shipping to Germany is currently unavailable due to the new VerpackG/LUCID laws.

Please cross-check HERE for the most accurate and up-to-date information on locations that USPS cannot ship to. If you placed an order to one of these locations, I will try my best to catch and cancel it. However, there is no guarantee that I will, and if the order was shipped and returned or stuck in customs, all of our refund/lost/return policies still apply as normal.

Customs/Import Fees:
Please note that you are responsible for any additional import taxes/charges/fees.

Delays, Returns, or Lost Orders:
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, your mail might be delayed depending on your location. Please expect shipping delays. Please allow additional shipping days during public holidays and the Christmas shopping season.

After the mail is handed over to the post office, it is out of our control. Artnomalli cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost orders. Please check with your local post office before contacting me. 

If your order did not arrive several weeks after the estimated shipping time, please contact me ASAP and review our Refund Policy for details regarding lost and returned packages.
